It seems to be Friday every year so anticipate Friday and all the better if it comes earlier 🙂

...and if it doesn't come on Friday then...all bets are off
 
Okay so if the portal is down, did anyone check if they announced maintenance in the last few days (idk I have not but we could go back to anxiously plotting out the decision release). this could just be maintenance, I do not know if the website has to be taken offline to update with decision info

it was up all weekend (neurotic checking lmao) and I don't recall anything similar happening on last year's thread so it might just be a fluke
 
Is the website down for anyone else or just me? I'm trying to submit an update letter 🙁

Well, it is almost the end of the business day so if the website is still down by then; going to assume that it was a fluke
 
Anyone else see a Video Interview tab under the Interview header with a place to sign an agreement that they didn't see before despite already interviewing?

It’s under the video interview tab, did u check there? how long ago did u interview?
 
🙁 they probably just updated their Zoom integration into the AMP site. guess we have to go back to scrutinizing old threads to predict which Friday we will hear back 😎
 
mstp email that went out today was for a coffee chat on tues, would it make sense that results come out before then or after?
 
I'd think if it was for those who interviewed already, then it was to discuss the admitted applicants options? Maybe they only sent that to a select few applicants for MTSP? (I am not an MTSP so my anxiety is still at its consistent all time high)

No evidence to back this up, but my guess is after since it seems like the coffee chats are a part of the post-interview pre-decision activities that sinai offers MSTP interviewees.
 
Based on self-reporting on SDN it looks like it varies - 2019/2020 MD/PhDs heard earlier, but 2018/2019 MD/PhDs heard on the same day. I think they're separate (esp. since MSTP applicants have to directly email the MSTP director if they want to be considered for MD-only admission), but it looks like decision dates are pretty close to each other (within a week).

Who knows what this year will look like with COVID.
