what do they mean by semi-rolling?They said about 3 weeks in our interview and also said they have semi rolling admissions
They said there are sub-committees which the interviews get sent to and depending on the sub-committee it could be shorter or longer. That's what I remember off the top of my head anywaywhat do they mean by semi-rolling?

Only 2.68% out of total OOS apps get an interview. So the assumption is highly probable.Im assuming youre IS?

do med schools still need to accept the same number of people as the expected entering class by march 15 this year?
This came up somewhere earlier in the thread, IIRC. I think the answer was that they're not actually required to do that and it's more of a suggestion.

SAME 😂Interesting care package...had to read the letter to figure out the straw.
Uhhhh.. does it? I just assumed...Care package = acceptance??
Oh that's wholesomeIt's a pre-interview care package: Pen, small booklet to write in, bulky keychain with a inner compartment for the polymer straw, a short letter, a tea packet, cut-up cards that placed together show the campus.
So cuteOh that's wholesome
i sent one, not sure if they allow it, but i consider an interest letter an update !do you guys know if they take letters of interest? I've already sent an update letter but was wondering about sending an interest letter as well, their portal says specifically updates so i wasn't sure
me too loli sent one, not sure if they allow it, but i consider an interest letter an update !
No, it’s just a gift for interviewees.Care package = acceptance??
Haha yeah that was really sweet of them! Opened the key chain thing with my roommate in her car and we speculated what that blue tubing was. Got home and read the letter and couldn't stop laughing at our speculations.Interesting care package...had to read the letter to figure out the straw.
Would be perfect if they also include a t-shirt, but this moves them to the top of the list for me.No, it’s just a gift for interviewees.
Hopefully you get that II soon!Oh man, they're sending you all swag? Again, trying so hard not to be jealous, lol. I love me some free swag.
I have a 3.1 GPA, 2.9 BCPM and 501 MCAT score and got an ii last week. NOTE: Non traditional and URM. Do not lose faith!any low stats applicants here with an interview ?
I did. But if you think you have a chance at other school then send a letter of interest instead. less binding and you can break itHas anyone thought about writing a letter of Intent?
