Your status will change to this:

Your Application has been reviewed by the Admissions Committee at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Applicants will be invited to interview based upon their evaluation score from the Admissions Committee review. You will be contacted by email if you are selected for an interview. Interview invitations are extended between August and March.
 
is anyone else stuck in "Your Application to the UM Miller School of Medicine is complete and is currently being reviewed by the Admissions Committee." purgatory? Im wondering how long I should expect to be here before I assume I didnt make it past this stage. been like a week of this but not the scored message

have had this message since I submitted on 6/29... I've heard the message display might be messed up but I have no confirmation of that. It's really hard to determine if you haven't made it past a certain stage. Just remember that it's still really early in the cycle and you'll have lots of opportunities and time to be selected. Try not to worry too much! It's not over until next summer. 😊

oh so but this is the second message. its now green and different from the first message. just want to check that we are talking about the same thing

is that message written in green or grey for you? apparently green is the "next" stage but the wording of the message is similar. i'm stuck in grey purgatory 🙁

thats what I mean, its green and the actual wording of the message changed. Im wondering about this stage how long I should expect it for, or if it means i didnt move on after a certain amount of time
 
Has anyone tried calling their office for a status check? It says on their FAQ page that they do that but I haven't been able to reach anyone on it.
 
I was complete the second week of July and was just scored yesterday

I never got the scored message last cycle

complete 8/1 and been on that message for exactly 3 weeks now
 
did anyone ever have "your application is under review" before or after currently being reviewed? Getting neurotic but I do have different wording. Does that mean its an R? IS thx!!

I’m thinking people are reading way too into it. Seems like the status is pretty inconsistent and inaccurate.
 
II just now for MD and MD/MPH! OOS complete on 7/22. Not sure when I got scored but the portal said 'application has been reviewed' when I checked on 8/1.

Can anyone tell me the schedule of the interview? I was too quick with selecting the dates and didn't read the message (figured it'd be there after but it disappeared).
 
has anyone gotten ii this week? i was scored some time in the past few days so fingers crossed
 
Has anyone with a 1st quartile CASPER received an II?

I wish they had publicly said this, like the fact that the screen out just because of CASPER is so dumb given how long their secondary is

To be fair I don’t think there is any correlation between time to get scored and getting an
II. I got scored very early (2nd quartile Casper for reference) and still no II

I meant if they’re aren’t even going to score 1st quartile CASPER scorers, then we should at least be given a heads up before they take our time and money
 
If you apply for the MD/MPH program is it possible to only get into the MPH program?
