Did anyone figure out what it means if you get a UCI Student ID? I submitted my secondary 8/2 and haven't received a II. 😢 SoCal resident, former UC graduate, non-trad.

i don't think they screened you out! i had a lower mcat as well as I am a socal resident, and I received a secondary, so I hope they send one soon your way!

The first date AMCAS allows school to send acceptances is the first date UCI will send them out (traditionally). And yes, always delayed! Source: current student

I know pretty late but just submitted my secondary today and got an email saying my app was complete but it could take until mid February to get to my app. Was this in everyone's confirmation email or is this unique to now and they're being serious 😵

Yeah, I think they’re pretty backed up. I got an II on Monday and the first day I could schedule for was 01/09…

For those that interviewed really early on, then in the past they will send some acceptances on 10/15. But, each year, admissions gets more and more inundated and delayed so unsure if that is happening this year.

It’s standard— I submitted secondary 7/30 and got the same message 🙂

i just checked my portal and the date of when my letters of recommendation were received changed from may/june to october 12, 2022. does anyone have any insight on what this could mean?
