I was told after my interview that they would get back to me in January. Could the SUC emails just be automatic robo emails?
Have you received the SUC email as well?

I mean there are times when you get rejected off the SUC list so I guess that would mean that they at least take a quick glance at your app before deciding to send you a SUC email. Not sure though.

The email states that both your app and interview have been reviewed - I dont think there’s any incentive for them to be disingenuous about that.

Weird, my email didn't say that. All it said was that a final decision hadn't been made yet and that they are pleased to inform me that I am still being considered for admission.

Really? It didn’t say this?

“The Admissions Committee has reviewed your application and interview results, and a decision has not been made about your application at this time.

You have been placed in a pool of applicants who will continue to be considered throughout the rest of the admissions season.”

In the UW website (Admissions Decision | UW Medicine), it says:

“Applicants may be "continuing consideration" because the Executive Committee member representing them was not able to make a particular meeting, or because the committee wanted to see additional applications before making a final decision.”

Based on this, the email could be just a filler if the Excom that represents you doesn’t attend the meeting. Am I understanding this right?

Oh, I saw it in my initial email that put me under Continuing Consideration that my interview and application were reviewed. I was referring to the second email I got saying I was SUC. Sorry for any confusion!

Curious for those of you who are also on the SUC list, how many acceptances have you received so far😀

For those who already did the interview: interview is held at the website where we submitted secondary, residency verification and etc., correct? We check in via that website and wait until our designated interview time?

I believe that is correct but want to ensure.
Thanks!

The link to check-in the day of your interview will be in a link that was emailed to you. Your actual interview can be accessed via the link in that portal and it’s advised you enter the zoom room no sooner than 10 mins before your interview time.

Has anyone gotten the official acceptance letter for Spokane yet? I got the A this Friday as well!

Is there a site I can see the research opportunities in Spokane? I was looking at UW’s site and they allow you to filter out king county or Washington, but I didn’t see anything specifically for Spokane.

I got the Idaho II in September but have yet to hear back about scheduling the interview. They said they would email at the latest in January, and while there’s still time, I am nervous about scheduling because I will be out of the country for around that week. Is it worth sending an email?

Think they’re all last week in Jan then they let you know the following week.

Do we think they’re going to send out decisions this week or wait until after the holidays?
