Hey everyone, I was wondering how likely it is for LECOM reject you if they value the MCAT score over the AIS? To put in perspective, I applied with my mcat and they sent an automated email saying it’s too low and to send AIS as an alternative if I wanted. My AIS is 118, so I sent it anyways. Month later, I got an interview invite from LECOM eerie and I recently completed it. At this point, I thought I was invited for the interview cuz they overlooked my MCAT and that my AIS would have covered the academic competitiveness of my application. However, I’m seeing on sdn and Reddit that they would possibly reject you if your MCAT score is low regardless if you had a high AIS score, since they only utilized AIS as a COVID thing. Also saw that the chances for someone getting accepted solely for their AIS is also rare. I was wondering how true is that 🙁 Does that mean I could possibly get rejected for that same matter ? 🙁
