We were told decisions won't be posted until October 15th at the earliest due to AAMC guidelines.

According to ADCOM I spoke with yesterday at the UC Pre-health Fair, less than 50% of interviews have been given out so far. They anticipate that they will keep interviewing until Feb.

is alternate list like a waitlist? sorry i’m new to the whole terminology!

When did you guys interview? They said people on the alternate list get in all the time so hoping for the best

I’ve heard from students that even if you get off the waitlist, you have to go to the East Lansing campus rather than the Grand Rapids campus. So many people want to go to the Grand Rapids campus that people who were already accepted into the East Lansing campus put themselves on the Grand Rapids campus waitlist.

They don't pull from the waitlist until around the April 30th deadline, right? Or is there sometimes earlier movement?

That turn around time was insane. They told us 6-8 weeks. My buddy got off the waitlist last year after being put on it early, so don't lose hope. Pulling for ya
