No way of knowing that but they started at about 9:50 AM
Schools that notify via email can do it all at once but those that call obviously the notification gets spread out.

I didn't realize that the last date that UTSW sets for the Casper test was October 12. If I've submitted everything besides the Casper at this point, how screwed am I? I didn't realize that UTSW's last Casper test date was so much earlier than some other Texas schools! 🙁

I think it's a lost cause for you at this school, focus on your other apps

So i know that UTSW offers admissions on a rolling basis. I interviewed OOS early on 8/19 and haven't received an email for admission, rejection, hold or anything, just silence. Is this basically a soft rejection? I only ask since I'm seeing other OOS applicants in this thread who received an acceptance this morning but interviewed on a later date. Thanks!

Yes, in the offer letter and the original email. There's a side tab that says "scholarship offer"

not binding as TMDSAS schools know we rank them for Match Day.
But if they put a deadline for you to reply in the portal, don't miss it!

Not a rejection. UTSW just hasn't decided on you yet. OOS acceptances go out as early as now to as late as next summer.

Yes. afaik UTSW offers both types of scholarships you mentioned (full ride, full tuition)

As well as the $1k + in state tuition scholarship for OOS students.

I was really hoping for a prematch and to join y'all since I interviewed rlly early 8/19 and my interviewer seemed to like me a lot and gave alot of praise.

I know there's still a chance to get in, but I just feel the odds are low and it's tough to not feel sad cause I really loved this school and it was one of my dream schools.

They got too excited with football draft picks this round. 🙂 Don't worry there are round 2, round 3 etc.

People assume it is purely dependent how the interview went it is not always that way. The school is trying to build a diverse class while trying to ensure future interviewees get looked at too. My guess is they filled half the class in this round and so there should be many more admits to go.
