Thank you! No re-applicant secondary prompt this year?

There is, it's the same as last year I think.

If you are a re-applicant to WSU College of Medicine, describe what you have done since last applying to strengthen your candidacy for our medical school. If you are not a re-applicant to the College of Medicine, please leave blank.

Any word on secondaries or II? I know the first interview went out on July 24th this time last year.

I filled out and submitted my secondary 7/18.

As to II, the first interview I see on Admit for last year was 8/8, so I put it out of my mind for now.

Has anyone in-state still not received a residency request? I'm in-state and haven't heard anything yet. Thanks!

This is one school where I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out. They are super friendly!

Do you mean the first round of interviews or the first interview invite? I think invites should be getting sent out pretty soon but idk.

+1 IS II, submitted 07/05, LM = 75

Congrats!! Did your status go from “ready for screening” to “under review” before you got the II or does it stay the same?
Thank you! And I'm sorry but I wasn't checking my portal before I got the II :,O but it currently says "under review"

No worries! I guess I just have to be patient then lol. Best of luck with your interviews!

I was hoping that we might see some IIs today. Seems like every other week on wednesday is the cadance.

Seems like you were right about the every-other-week cadence, maybe they were just behind a day this time- nice catch!

+1 eligible email, interviewed 9/5 IS

When do they start making offers? And how far does their waitlist move lol

The soonest they can is October 15th I believe! Not sure about waitlist movement

They kind of said they usually start offers in November. For the waitlist you can look at previous year thread and see, it seems like it moves a good amount

Do we think those who interviewed late August/early September will hear back on the 15th?!

Is it still early if we have not have received an interview? Should I be worried? (submitted secondary on 7/28)

Thinking the same thing with an early–mid August submission. They seem to send updates bi-weekly and are getting into the August submissions, so just gotta hang in there and trust the process!! Best of luck!
