I think it makes sense as any aff to keep the card that is only in the game once, no matter how you're using it, if you're going to claim it for aff. Then you don't have to deal with that level of claim scrutiny, since most people are going to be more inclined to believe that claim (Chaos's goo notwithstanding lol).

I was just curious if that was mkg's reasoning, it was mine for keeping the retired wolf hunter over the mason.

Here's the thing about D1 - I like to be right. And D1 is the hardest to analyze because there's the least to go on. So I always feel like I get more out of listening reading than I do from mud slinging and musings. Which I get isn't the most "pro village" way to approach the game per se... but if I'm not wrong about where my vote ends up at the end of the day, then I'm pretty happy. Especially when I get to pull out "ThE cUBs vOtE wAs wEiRd ZeNgEs!!! WhY wOuLd YoU sHeEp PsV?!?!?!?!" anytime I want now. 🤣

Well, I'm currently voting for one of them. I don't intend to yeet Wonder.

But - and people can/will take issue with this, and I get that - I do make a ranked list of who I'm willing to vote D1 each game, and I personally want to see who else really pings me before I'm willing to vote for someone who is playing on here for the first time.

I can only think of a Jester role off of the top of my head, but that isn't present in this setup.

Maybe the super saint role? Or vengeful townie? Or even diplomat? I could see Judas and Salulus as well, but they wouldn't immediately benefit from getting eliminated like a jester would.

and to some extent, activity level. Granted, the only wolf!Lawpy game that I've read was a few years ago, but it was kind of shocking to me to see the difference in how little he posted there compared to the village games I've played with him.

I don't love some of his posts related to Fake Claim Zoo: Electric Googaloo, but I have a little bit of a hard time imagining a situation where he and Lumi are partners and he's defending them by trying to discredit Wonder that much - it's kind of the same reasoning behind not thinking a scum!Wonder would jump into the Goo Tang Clan as a fakeclaim - it would backfire as soon as someone involved flipped.

In addition to claiming you're too busy to explain why you want to endanger town PRs by having a mass role-reveal on D1. That, plus the probability that you're lying about being the goo (since I cannot see any actual benefit to Wonder also lying) means you're our best bet for getting scum voted out on D1.
