Sickle
It's a sharp sickle! Your farm is pretty overgrown with weeds and this seems like it could be helpful. You'd certainly get a better view of what's going on without all that tall grass.
1000g (1)
Hoe
You've heard there's all kinds of interesting things that you can dig up around town - fossils, worms that people swear are the harbinger of good findings but always seem to yield clay ... maybe messages in bottles? Who knows!
300g (1)
Watering Can
You can't be a farmer without having a way to water your plants! You just know that your plants will perk up with a refreshing shower. Wonder what else you can use it for!
2000g (1)
Pickaxe
Sometimes those pesky mine critters are able to fly over rocks, either to get away from you or to attack you. Make it easier for you to navigate through the treacherous terrain with this pickaxe!
1000g (1)
Axe
Every farmer needs a good, sharp axe. There are trees to cut down. The blade looks like it's been freshly sharpened. Ooooh.
ON SALE!
1500g (1)
Fishing Pole
Go fish! Wait, but actually. Sometimes you can find some really interesting things in the sea, even if you didn't catch the fish you were looking for. Intriguing.
ON SALE!
2000g (1)
Sword
You've heard that the mines are filled with monsters, and you're very curious to see what sorts of critters are down there. Might want to have something like a sword by your side instead of just relying on your wits to keep you safe.
1000g (1)
Prismatic Shard
It's a gorgeous piece of a prism. The light refracts and it's truly dazzling. It inspires you as you're lost in the colors. You've heard that it's incredibly rare - for the store to have one is pretty remarkable. All those colors...
ON SALE!
3500g (1)
Fertilizer
The fertilizer bag swears that it'll make your plants grow better! The pictures are pretty convincing, and we all know that pictures don't lie. Ever. There's a note on the package saying that it must be purchased per seed plot. If only it came in a bigger bag so you didn't have to buy individual portions!
“...Every day is the same. Stocking those horrible shelves, going to the saloon, tossing and turning all night.”
When he moved to the valley to his Aunt Marnie’s ranch, Shane thought he was finally going to be able to get his life together. Boy, he was wrong. Every day Shane would put on his tattered Joja hoodie and drag himself to JojaMart, where he would spend the whole day stocking shelves and dealing with his soul-sucking boss, Morris. Nights were spent at the Stardrop Saloon and Shane would drink himself into oblivion, stumble home and do it all over the next day.
Shane’s only solace was Marnie’s chickens. He had taken over their care and would often spend hours in the coop. That’s where he found himself now, watching the new batch of eggs on the incubator. They were close to hatching now. A little beak was appearing from one of the eggs and Shane edged closer. A blue fuzzy head appeared from the shell. He must be seeing things, Shane blinked and shook his head, but the blue chick was still there.
Just maybe, this could be his way out.
He grew fond of the blue chicken over time. It was saucy, a real wildcard sometimes, and though he couldn’t always understand it, he somehow knew that the blue chicken made bad dad jokes in its chicken language. You sure couldn’t get eggs from chickens like this at Jojamart, though he’d noticed that it seemed like the supermarket was growing more popular. He shook his head watching people walk across the bridge to shop. If only they’d support local farmers breeding quirky chickens.
The blue chicken had attracted the attention of the townspeople over time. Its unusual plumage and its boldness in approaching people made it a very popular chicken to talk to. But it seemed like the chicken was starting to get a little too much attention, and it was getting uncomfortable. After a day where it seemed like everyone had come to talk to the chicken, and tempers had flared in discussions about the chicken, he heard a loud ruckus and went running outside to see what had made the chicken squawk so loudly.
But all he found was a single blue feather. The chicken was gone.

I'll think more about other options tomorrow, specifically, I need to learn more about wolf! Barks tendencies and tone before committing to the yeet. Also need to revisit Zenge tunnel on Dubz. Genny... Doesn't feel wolfy, but I must defer to vets on her?
Re: Barks, all I have are vibes and the knowledge that voting kds isn't enough to take them out of the eel pool.
I don't really want to yeet Dubz next. She's been very friendly and confident and a lack of paranoia usually is striking to me. But maybe not Dubz as a priority.
I guess I should have listened to my gut harder when it said "someone willing to argue this much would find the time to be here at vote close if he was a wolf." :/
Really need to learn to feel the difference between "this player is being unpleasant to me and I disagree with their reasoning" and "this player is a wolf," because right now I'm not good at it.

Meh. For me it was that the arguments did not compute. But as I said in my post to Genny, right now I am not getting wolfy vibes or tells from anyone. I'm literally just going through the PoE and from most to least villagey.
Edit; in part because I know you wouldn't wolf like that and I know I'm not a convert, so arguing with someone trying to convince me of something I know to be wrong seems a little... Well, now that he's flipped, I guess it's obviously a villager arguing with a villager since two uninformed majorities clashed, but it FELT like a wolf effort to tunnel on another player.
Was True this demonstratively remorseful after villager misyeets last game? I know we don't have much of a reference since he died early oops but I'm starting to think he's being over the top with his response to Dana and now Bob.
I'll go back across the votes and review the parts of the thread where Zenge was tunneling her and Sporty was flip-flopping. I was pretty sick and misreading a lot of words during that day cycle so it might look different on re-read, or it might look the same.

I cannot express how sure I am that at the time of the Dana misyeet, he was a villager. I am completely certain of it. But could he have been converted? Less certain. We aren't 100% sure that conversion is in the game. I'm still going to look for first wave wolves.
Like... Kds literally started the game voting me. If I was a wolf, you'd be saying I started the game encouraging heavy bussing and theatre in a way that involved really bizarre logic on kds's part, and this despite how in the last game I played I made it past D1 thanks to RNG and a tie with YK. You voted for me in that game, I think! It just seems like a perfect mix of scummy play and inadvisable play, if it were the case that I'm a wolf. So I don't know why you keep pushing this vote.
