Has anyone recieved an interview invite yet?

for those of you that have received II's are you having a problem with the website that they provide the link for in the email? whenever I click on schedule of the day's events it says the page can't be found. is there anywhere else we can see the schedule for interview day?

yeah i can't see any of the information either. i dont even know where im supposed to report to on interview day!
 
There is a weird way you can get to it. Start from their main site, then go to admissions, then interview day. Or something like that. Then you can see it.
 
In case anyone is having trouble finding the interview itinerary page:

Interview Day Schedule:
10:00 a.m. Meet Admission staff in Student Commons area, 1st Floor Lewis Hall

10:10 a.m. Presentation given by the Theresa A. Thomas Professional Skills Center

11:15 a.m. Hospital Tours: Wednesday: Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, Friday: Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters

12:00 p.m. Tour of Lewis Hall and Harry T. Lester Education/Research Bldg

12:45 p.m.Lunch with Donald Meyer, Ph.D., Assistant Dean of Admissions and Enrollment, and the Office of Admissions Staff. A Financial Aid Representative will be available to answer questions.

2:00 p.m. Interviews begin for applicants scheduled at 2 p.m on the 2nd Floor of the Edward E. Brickell Medical Sciences Library. Applicants are scheduled at 2:00, 2:45 and 3:30.

I was hoping one of you guys could help me out. I have misplaced my emails from EVMS and can't find the link to my secondary application. I would like to review it before my interview. Could someone please paste the link to the thread???

Did anyone (OOS) receive a secondary 3 weeks after verification? I just got one today. Not sure what this means.
 
Anybody know how much the supplemental application fee is for EVMS? I'm just trying to budget everything out.
 
I just cancelled (was kind of forced too since I'm not allowed to reschedule) my interview for Wednesday September 11th, so if someone was looking for an earlier day maybe this cancellation can help someone out. Probably not since they were very rude when I tried to reschedule, but maybe someone else's luck will be different!
 
It's unusual for EVMS staff to be rude but ? No II this week?
 
II today OOS but not too far away. I've been in DC for the past two years. Complete 7-22.

Congrats! II IS also.. Seems like they have sent out 50 invites today..
 
I submitted my primary to EVMS June 23rd, and haven't heard anything from them since. Is this unusual? I know they screen the primaries, but I haven't received a rejection or an invite to do the secondary...just silence. Anyone else in this boat? I assumed it was a silent rejection until I spoke to other people who had actually received rejection emails, but I have gotten nothing. Someone know what this means?

Yeah I heard they had a really strict rescheduling policy, so I haven't confirmed an interview date yet until I can arrange my work schedule and other interview schedules as well. Does anybody know what the most recent list of available interview dates are for my reference? I am assuming some of the days have filled up.

I am also in the same boat. I don't want to call them, though. There seems to be mixed reviews on calling admissions about the status of an app.
 
I would give them a call or an email. June--->September is a REALLY long time. I submitted my primary and got a secondary within two weeks. Give them an email.
 
Question "please indicate your reasons for applying to EVMS." : Im not very familiar with the area and I can only come up with a generic answer that potentially could show no special interest in EVMS depending upon the admission committees perception. Did anyone who recieved interviews talk about anything specific to the area?

How long did it take you guys from secondary submissions to get the complete email? I submitted my secondary about a week ago and have heard nothing in terms of my file being completed.

It took mine 19 days

Just FYI, I got the invite through a phone call with "unknown" as the caller ID.

Has anyone had an interview yet? What was is like? How many other applicants were there?

Did you answer or did they leave a message? Just got an unknown call but no message, I wasn't near my phone

They called once before, and I missed it. There was no voice message, and I couldn't call back because it was an "unknown" number.I had no idea it was from a med school, so I didn't do anything. The second time I guess I got lucky, and decided to pick it up....I'm not sure what you should do...I don't know why they don't leave a message, or email the applicant :-/

Yea it's weird, do you remember the time?
 
Has anyone received a complete email lately? I have sent them my LOR almost two weeks ago and I have heard nothing.
