Oh my goodness! For those of us who were so fortunate to interview here in sept/ early oct, decisions are coming SO SOON!! Anyone else excited...and staring at their calendar every day?? It really only just hit me. I am going to flip out if accepted here

If the deadline has not passed, you have nothing to lose by submitting their secondary! JHU is an amazing place!! Best of luck to those waiting, I remember the anticipation and stress last year hahahah

They were super nice... it felt a little repetitive, though, since both interviewers have to ask you the same questions.

Last year decisions came out as early as Wednesday before the 15th... So who knows...

around a third get in from the interview, that includes people accepted off the waitlist

I suppose that's not terrible but not amazing either. I'm interviewing here in Jan. Would anyone care to tell me what the interview day/ interviews were like? It would be super helpful so I know what to expect etc.

Congrats if it's true... but I honestly don't know if I should trust a poster with 3 posts, all made today, all reporting news that occurred today. Strange to make calls out at 7:15 pm.

Edit: he also "just got a call" from CWRU, according to him. Hmm...
Edit 2: And he just got called out by a CWRU med student on the forums for "BS"---CWRU gives out acceptances by email, not phone calls.

I think the cut off was mid-October for this round of decisions. So probably the 11th or 14th of Oct were the last dates considered.

That's why I've been so confused. I interviewed the following week. (17th-18th) and the dean at the beginning of the interview day said the 15th. This was again brought up by the fourth years who said the 15th of December. So Idk....we'll see. Would hate to have to wait another 45 days.

Yeah, otherwise I'd be really, really bummed right now. I'm making up for the waitlist by having a nice heart-clogging cheeseburger today. I really wish JHU wasn't my first interview... felt really nervous and unpolished going in.
