Through end of October?II, OOS, complete 7/13 - dates available through October
Yeah pretty much every day they hold interviews was available the entire monthThrough end of October?
For those of your concerned about radio silence- I know two students at Case and both were complete in early July. Both did not get IIs from Case until December and later got accepted. Case's cycle truly goes long so do not be concerned about silence, especially since people have started receiving rejections!
Most schools won’t start kicking up speed until September. That is now, so we should expect more now.I honestly hope this is true for many other schools...

I got 2 II in July, 2 in August, and I have already gotten 2 in September so either I have already met my quota for September or things are picking up lolHope so...DAY 3 OF SEPTEMBER BUSINESS DAYS GIVE IT UP FOR DAY 3!!!
(Insert Mr Krabs Krusty Krab open 24hr meme)
Big 'ol pre-II R right here 🙁

I guess let's leave the predictions for Nostradamus4 in July but only one in August and am 0 for September so far...
Ive given up trying to make predictions...
Does anyone know if an outright rejection from Case will yield an outright rejection from CCLCM as well?Sorry to hear. On pin and needles awaiting mine...

Pun intended?
Righteous, thank you! I haven't gotten the R from either yet, but that is encouraging. Case was kinda just a "Why not" being that CCLCM was my target....so that makes it to be able to still relax if I get an R.

No idea tbh I would just be glad you haven't received an R yet. But also your GPA for them is a little low, everything else is great!Anyone know why some people are getting ghosted? Say you are an, IDK, 3.65/520+ applicant either with stellar ECs or a PhD...why would they not have heard from Case yet? Anyone know how Case sorts their shizz?

Thanks! Yah, I guess you are right. No worth stressing over it as silence means in the running. It’s super difficult to predict how schools are prioritizing applicants, but I agree that you shouldn’t worry since you’re still in the running since no R and you have other amazing interviews!
My PS fit very well with CCLCM’s mission so they may be first going after applicants that seemed to show this? It’s hard to say but I think you will be fine since you do have great ECs and stats!

On that note, for CCLCM, my application is not research emphasized save for 3 research entries one of which is an MM (no research or love of science in PS). I think I killed the secondary, but will CCLCM still give love to someone who isn’t fragrantly a die-hard physician scientist prospect?
Gotcha. That makes sense. My future goals are definitely 60% clinical, 40% academics so I think I can speak of that 40% academics well enough if the II comes. Thanks! It’s hard to say! I just know from last years CCLCM thread that the student interviewers will really try to find out your goals in the interview and find people that are truly dedicated to finding future physician scientists rather than people that want to go there for the free tuition. I think with your research entries it definitely will at least give you a chance, and if offered the chance to interview they would want to learn more about your goals with the program!
first rejection!!! time to celebrate narrowing down!
Congrats on the other interviews though! When were you complete?first rejection!!! time to celebrate narrowing down!
No school can give any decision before Oct. 15 unless you're an EDP applicantHas anyone heard anything post-interview? Their website says they send out decisions within 2-3 weeks...
That's what I thought. Just wanted to make sure because on top of that website info, they specifically emailed that they would let us know within the month even though I interviewed 8/30.No school can give any decision before Oct. 15 unless you're an EDP applicant
If rejection can come on a weekend then so can II and acceptance!🙁
did it come today (Saturday) or yesterday? Just want to plan if I should look out for a rejection on a weekend

Honestly, amazing. The adcom is so nice and the new building is stunning. The interviews were also very laid back. 1 faculty, 1 studentHow was the actual interview?
