They were fake pushups.
Like really fake.
The kind you do when you tell your friend “watch me do 100 pushups really fast” then ur friend tells you “stop dude. You’re gonna embarass yourself” but you jump down anyways and start going up and down with an amplitude of about 2 inches.

At my interview in early december, they said that while they were initially planning to start sending out As in January, they might have changed their plans to evaluate everyone first and then send out acceptances in march...but it sounded like they weren't exactly sure yet.

i applied to Sinai, interviewed, was accepted, and withdrew all within the span of the past 40 minutes

i called admissions and told them there was a discrepancy amongst interviewees about whether decisions would be released rolling from january or all at once in march and they said that they're gonna start releasing decisions next month!!! hope this makes everyone feel a little better 🙂

Yeah since they’re separate letters I would send them as two separate documents. For my update letters I combined it as an update letter and a LOI with more emphasis on the update.
