You can try, but based on friends' experiences in previous cycles, they generally just take a long time to get back to students. For example, one friend who's currently a student there sent in her secondary in July and didn't interview until after January.

Okay, so by sending an ita, it wouldnt hurt to try right? Bc i will be doing a long distance trip 3x in the span of 3 weeks so would be great if they can let me know.. 😳

Sorry if this is a silly question but anyone get the document request form asking for state ID and social security card before interview? I'm confused if it means we need to scan a copy of those docs and paste them onto the paper or they just want the individual physical cards present. Directions were not clear and I tried calling.

I put the documents on the paper and scanned it all together. The directions were not very clear but it did say to bring the completed form to interview day, so I am guessing it means the form with all documents scanned on!

I called and they said scanning is fine. I’m bringing the original copies with me just in case though along with a blank form. My scanner makes the documents look fake lol

Was rejected earlier today. Funny, because I got interviews at way better schools i.e UCLA/UCSD/Pitt/Yale, but this one didn't love me at all. Admissions is a black box.

Maybe because you were too good for them. Yield protection?

I think so. At worst, they'll just not give you one, which is where you're at.

yeah i got an II about a week or two back. from what they say on their website it seems like as long as you don't start swearing up a storm during the interview you should be fine

I just looked at my portal and my status stayed "complete", but in Admission Status, it's now saying "Not Advanced".

I don't think they go in order. I knew people that were complete in early july last year who didn't get IIs here until after thanksgiving.
