I emailed a few days ago, haven't heard back yet. Looks like it still isn't working this morning.
 
Wow, II just now! Submitted 7/19 and complete 7/27. OOS, no ties, LM 70, ORM. I was definitely not expecting anything since I'm not affiliated with the region but I have a really, really strong mission fit, so I'm so stoked. The soonest interview date is October 30.

II just now via email, complete 8/12. IS and really strong ties to mission/region. Looks like they only had one date available.

According to MSAR, last year there was a 14% post-II acceptance rate. It's 18% for IS and 9% OOS

This excel sheet which is the one people commonly use doesn’t have Geisinger tho.

Yeah you're right, it definitely is matriculation, so it's decently higher. An oversight on my end
 
R on 9/14. OOS, URM, 511 MCAT, cGPA 3.6. Complete 8/21 (but submitted this secondary super late so not surprised). Best of luck to everyone 🙂

im sorry to hear that 🙁 but im sure other schools will be sending some love your way! was the R via email?
 
I'm interviewing Monday and I was wondering if anyone that has interviewed already has sent a thank-you note to your interviewers? If so, did you have to ask for their contact info? I've gotten some conflicting answers about thank-you notes this cycle because of the virtual interviews.

At the end of the interview day they say you can email admissions with the names of your interviewers and they will forward them for you. That’s what I did!

It's all good, thanks 🙂 it's the only school I have heard back from so it's still pretty early, hopefully some good news comes soon! Yeah the R came through email!
 
II today! Honestly shocked because I'm OOS and my MCAT is much lower than the average... thought I was being pranked at first lol. Complete July 24th.
 
II today! OOS with ties to state! LM 70, URM!! Soooo excited! Soonest date to schedule for me was January 6 2021! Is anyone else who received II's recently scheduled so far from now??

yes, I just received an interview and also had the same date available. I emailed and asked if this was correct, and they confirmed this is the earliest date! At least we have plenty of time to prepare 🙂

Same! So scared about interviewing that late, but the earliest possible were in January so no other choice 🙁

Just got an II this morning and the earliest was also January 27th. I was worried that they're scheduling interviews this far out already (like Tulane) but it good to know that it's considered unusual compared to other schools at this point in the cycle.
 
II Just now! ORM OOS LM67 Completed on 9/9!! Earliest date is in late January
 
Has anyone heard anything from the Geisinger Scholars Program yet?
