I nominate you to call 😉Why is it a sacrifice? There's literally no harm done in asking a simple question about when decisions might come out.

Best of luck to you!Everyone’s concerned about As but I’m big stressed about the interview tomorrow😭 baby steps

I concur with Eagledoc2025! No wonder they call you eagledoc, cuz you are so sharp with your predictionsit's probably going to be end of next week before we hear anything back
Thank you so much for letting us know <3Hey, so in today’s interview they mentioned that today’s interviewees may hear back at the end of the month. I think they’re waiting to finish up January interviews, so the first admissions round would probably be on the 29th! Hope this helps reduce tensions🙂
You are a godsend! Do you say the 29th because that is the day of the last interviews?Hey, so in today’s interview they mentioned that today’s interviewees may hear back at the end of the month. No problem🙂 Oh I thought the 27th was the last interview day this month. But no, mainly because that’s the last weekday of the month, and I get the vibe that they release decisions on Fridays (not completely sure tho). You are a godsend! Ah ok thanks so much! And btw I have no idea when the last interview is lol. I just assumed incorrectlyNo problem🙂 Oh I thought the 27th was the last interview day this month. On my interview day they said that the last round of PSTP interviews are slated for the first week of Feb, so Stanford’s prob wrapping things up in generalAh ok thanks so much! And btw I have no idea when the last interview is lol. I just assumed incorrectly

I remember on interview day they said not to send thank you notes post interview. They went on and basically said that the only post interview communication they want is a significant update to your application preferably submitted within 2 weeks after your interview. But someone should confirm this is correct before you act on this advice! Is anyone sending/has sent thank you notes post-II?
That’s what I heard on my interview day as well!I remember on interview day they said not to send thank you notes post interview. Yeah that’s what I thought I heard too. It feels strange not sending one in, just wanted to make sure. Thanks! That’s what I heard on my interview day as well!
Yes, it’s only 20 min. I guess it depends on the interviewer, but mine wasn’t that conversational. My interviewer had read through my app and she wanted to discuss a few specific things from the appany advice for the interview? Is it actually only 20 mins? Is it conversational ! any advice will help
Not sure if this was anyone else's experience, but I got asked a few curveball behavioral/ethical questions. But the majority of it was talking about activities and whatnot so definitely know your application. And I would say practice with being concise in your responses (time yourself when you are giving your "why doctor" or "why Stanford" answers). Just my thoughts!any advice for the interview? I did not get any curveballs or behavioral/ethical questions. I will second being efficient with your limited time, though! Not sure if this was anyone else's experience, but I got asked a few curveball behavioral/ethical questions. When you say the PSTP, are you referring to the MSTP or the residency? I’m an MSTP applicant.Does anyone know how many PSTP applicants received interviews? I remember someone earlier saying PSTP dates extend to end of Jan. Thanks in advance 🙂
Hm, there's this program that lasts around 5 years and only grants an MD, but you do more research in your 2nd and 3rd years, and it's called PSTP. I think MSTP is 8 years and is the MD-PhD route. I'm not sure about what residency means ):When you say the PSTP, are you referring to the MSTP or the residency? I’m an MSTP applicant.
Thank you so much for the quick response! That clears a lot up. We will see when I get my mstp decision back..who knows when and how that will be 😂Hm, there's this program that lasts around 5 years and only grants an MD, but you do more research in your 2nd and 3rd years, and it's called PSTP. Last week of Octoberwhen did you guys interview?
I interviewed in November!when did you guys interview?
It’s for Wednesday afternoon! I can’t attend so let me know how it goes too lolIs the link for today? Let us know how the zoom meeting goes!
Does Stanford call everyone who’s accepted? I don’t think it would be a flat out R since that would be cruel to do on camera lol. My guess is WL or A, unless they call for As. The curriculum info would only be useful/interesting if we were still in consideration...Did anyone get an invite for a zoom session going over curricular information and update on status? does that mean im likely on an alternate list since it isnt really a call
Why would they let the alternates know before the accepted students? I think its an A. Please dont burst my lil bubble. 😢Does Stanford call everyone who’s accepted?
