Technically no, realistically your chances are pretty low at this point. Don't wanna sound discouraging, but don't want you to potentially waste over $100. If you don't mind knowing that you're fighting for few interview slots and have the money, go for it!

I was complete in late August and am still not under review. They’re scheduling interviews for March. Not worth it IMO.

Glad I'm not the only one. Complete 8/12, also still waiting. This was the first secondary I returned after I was verified (also 8/12) because I had a feeling this would be the case. Last cycle I submitted my secondary 8/1, was under review 9/2, was placed on hold for possible interview 10/4, and was there for the rest of the cycle.

They say 3-5 weeks on the website. So if you are late September, less likely. Early October, even less likely.

Fortunately for New Orleans (though not for southwest Louisiana), Delta's track has shifted west and New Orleans will likely only get some wind and rain, nothing too severe. I believe Tulane is staying open!
