Hi guys
I already applied for this cycle with AA 19. Do you guys think it will make any difference for this cycle if I retake DAT (by the end of December) and let the schools now that I am retaking it? or it will make no difference even if I get a higher score since I already applied?
hey guys. So I took my DAT last year and scored low. Like an 18AA 18TS 16QR 19CHEM/OCHEM. Applying this year was kind of a gamble for me. So as soon as i submitted my AADSAS in june, i immediately starting studying for my DAT retake. I did this so if i wasnt to get in, I would be ready for next...

Are there any major differences between the latest version and the 2016 version? I'll be re-taking the test sometimes in January or February... early March at the very latest.
Any thoughts?
Thank you all so...
I'm turning 27 in December. A lot has happened over the course of the last 10 years- 3 of them were spent on a full-time service mission, I got married, had a baby, and our son later passed away. So needless to say, I've been in and out of school for a while. I'm currently a junior (undergrad)...

Hey guys! So I've decided to take my DAT in January before spring classes begin. I will be taking kaplan from October 1st - Decemebr 6th. I also plan on self-studying all of winter break with DAT Destroyer and Chad's Videos.. (by the way, does anybody recommend DAT bootcamp for self-studying as...
My app is about 90% done and just trying to knock out my PS. Already have my 4 LOR and have/currently shadowing 4 dentists and tons of volunteering/working hours in research. I've been out of school for 3 years in technical sales and before that I received my MBA & Master's of Medical Sciences...
Hey guys, I have decided to take the DAT during this coming winter break. Just wondering if one month is sufficient? I will be taking 15 hours during the fall so I won't have that much time to study during the semester. I will be applying next cycle. Do you guys recommend Chads videos, dat...
First, I would like some advice from people who took the DAT or people that know what sort of material to study with.
I'm currently studying the Kaplan DAT 2016 Strategies, Practice and Review. I went over the entire book once, and now I'm going over it a second time. I don't know what else I...
Hello everyone--
I am currently pursuing a journey to dental school that I'm not sure is even attainable. I'm not necessarily trying to ask if I stand a chance of acceptance--alot of people are backing me up and encouraging me--I just want to know if anybody thinks I'm crazy :). So here we go...

I am selling my subscription to DAT bootcamp. I have a little more than 2 months left on it. I'm selling it for 100$, but you can also email me best offers. [email protected]
I am looking for more practice exams for the DAT. I know of the free ones offered by Princeton Review, DAT Bootcamp, and DATQVault. I am approaching my test date and want to expose myself to the test as much as possible through taking and reviewing practice exams.
Sidenote: I am finishing the...
Hello everyone!!
Just had a quick question about skipping questions on the PAT section of the DAT. Exactly how do you do it? lol Do you have to go to the sections you want to do first and then hit review at the end? Or can you just skip to the sections you want to do first and then hit the...

I am a re-applicant that just finished undergrad with a 3.2-3.3 science gpa from UNC and DAT 17. I had a bit of a downward trend in just my senior year which caused a big dip in sgpa, but a upward trend my from freshman to junior year (peaking at 3.42 or so). I am retaking the DAT next month and...
I have been studying for the DAT now for 4 weeks and averaging a 18AA 19PAT overall. I would like more time to study so that I can get a 20AA. Would taking the DAT in the last week of July still be considered early? I submitted my application on June 5 and my gpa is verified and LOR are in. Plus...
Anyone selling their DAT Destroyer and/or any other materials such as the bootcamp? If so Please feel free to leave contact info and let me know the condition of the materials beforehand. Pictures would be helpful. Thank you.
I took the DAT recently and I was disappointed. Long story short, I lost track of time in organic.
OGPA: 3.67 SGPA: 3.55 BCP: 3.50
In college I took 16-19 hours every semester, had research experience, took a rigorous curriculum with lots of upper level courses at once (histology...

Should I fill out my application on June 1st and submit it even though I am taking the DAT June 20th? Is this considered "late," and will it hurt my chances? I have 3.72 sgpa, 3.76 overallgpa, 255 hours of shadowing, and 200 hours of volunteer, with good letters of rec. Also does anybody have a...
LONG STORY SHORT, my GPA probably ain't gonna cut it (3.25 cGPA, 3. 2 sGPa). I still have a year to bring it to a 3.38 cgpa and 3.29 sGPa before I graduate and apply, but I still don't know if i'll make the cut, thus, im planning on post-graduation plans on the very likely chance that I end up...
I'm having a hard time studying for this section. I went through Chad's twice, did the quizzes, and destroyer once but I'm still scoring 17s while scoring 20+ on all my other sections. I've been going over the problems I did wrong on BC and watch Mike's videos, but every time I begin a new test...
Hello! I am selling an awesome package of OAT/DAT Study Material. The main focus is on the OAT but I do have a 2011 Copy of the DAT Destroyer along with a Mathematics section. I have the 2016 Kaplan Lesson and Review notes, flash cards, and note sheets, Princeton Review: Cracking the OAT, and a...
So I just recently took the DAT... I scored a 17AA, 19PAT, 19 Reading, 17QR, 16 Science average, my Ochem section was 15, where bio and Chem were 17. Overall I am not at all satisfied with the results as I felt quite prepared. I am concerned about my chances of getting admitted to schools with...
Hey everyone, I'm a pre-dental applicant who has applied for this last 2017 dental cycle. Applied through AADSAS and TMDSAS. Received three interviews at OU, UT-Houston, and UT-Memphis. I received a rejection letter from OU and wait listed status on the other two schools. Here are my stats...
