Total: 823 interviewed, 307 accepted, 101 enrolled; 37% acceptance rate
OOS: 691 interviewed, 245 accepted, 70 enrolled; 35% acceptance rate
IS: 132 interviewed, 62 accepted, 31 enrolled; 47% acceptance rate
Sounds more realistic. If they lowered it to 750 interviewed this year, they either a) expect higher yield this year (however a school can do that #UMich) or b) didn't feel like interviewing more people because they'll still get a good class
Say 750 interviewed, you get roughly 41% who might be accepted post-interview (307/750), including waitlist movement, this year.
