Just MMI. I don't remember the exact amount of time, something like 5 minutes. Whatever it was, it was always too much time and they had to ask follow up questions.

I got in off the waitlist about six weeks after my interview. From what I understand, the admins continuously review the waitlisted applicants throughout the cycle. Also I've heard repeatedly that the majority of matriculants come off the waitlist. Good luck!!!

Did you send in a letter of intent? I know they say they don't accept any updates but I'm not sure if that counts or not. And congrats on the acceptance!

No they really won't accept it, sadly. But it's ok, by the time the interview is done you have done enough to get in! That's what I told myself haha. And thank you, I am very excited about CMS!
 
Accepted, but declining right away, horrible post-interview experience (delay in response, can't contact office, etc). Good luck!
 
Got the waitlist/altlist email today. Interviewed 12/12. Really needed some good news at this point. Starting to lose hope.

Here's a list of hotels you can stay at. I stayed at the Days Inn and it was fine! Cheaper than other options and had a shuttle to campus. Don't stay at the Navy Lodge unless you or a family member has a military ID (that's why it's not on this list). Good luck!

I have, but I've been accepted to other schools as well so not sure what school kicked it off.

In the email there were a lot of dates listed, but when I got to the scheduler, there was 1 for today and then the latter half of March and April. But, I'm guessing things could very well still open up.... cancellations, etc. I'd bet there's a lot of flux this time of year.

Congrats on the II! I have a feeling that they just opened up April (and maybe some later March) dates after the holidays, which hopefully bodes well for the rest of us II waitlisters.

They sent out an email just before Christmas saying that interview slots were currently full, but if there was an opening, they'd contact me back. Had to confirm I was still interested.

Several of us on this thread received an email from CMS that placed us on an "interview waitlist" of which they would contact us if someone cancelled or if new interview dates were opened, I assume once they checked their deposit/acceptance volumes.

Well I haven't heard s**t from them and I'm well past the 8-10 weeks they said in the email. Can't say that creates a favorable impression on me.
 
Longtime lurker, first-time poster!

Email on 12/22/15 that I was placed on an "Interview Waitlist." Pleasantly surprised to wake up to an II this morning. Scheduled for March 18 (bummed that was the earliest available), hoping that a cancellation from someone else lets me go earlier! Chicago native. 🙂

For those that are waitlisted, did anyone send in a letter of intent or is that also kind of considered an update they dont want?
