I may be misremembering what my student host told me but I think it's 6-8 weeks? He said it's definitely around the same amount of time other schools give off for Step 1 studying, maybe even longer.

I believe I wrote my preferred and permanent address as being the same on my application, although I'd imagine they'd send the letter to the preferred one (I'd just call and ask if you're worried). From what I recall, the physical acceptance letter was a duplicate of the emails you have already received.

I sure hope so! I'm coming up on 5 months of silence, and I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that there's an II at the end of the tunnel.
