Thanks everyone for answering my FAFSA related questions. I was confused because the last time I applied for FAFSA in 2014 (for 2014-15 school year), I needed my tax info from 2013. So to apply for 2017-18 FAFSA, I thought I would need to file my taxes for 2016 first. However, according to FAFSA's website, as well as everyone else telling me on here, the new guideline is: "If you are filling out the 2017–18 FAFSA, you will also need 2015 tax information. (Starting with the 2017–18 FAFSA, you'll need to report income information from the tax year two years prior to the academic year.

Thanks again and hope everyone is having a good MLK holiday!
