So is Thursday night like their acceptance time? Does this mean no acceptances go out next week?
 
Also accepted! They called Thursday night (11/17) and I missed the call, had to wait till Friday business hours to call back. Just about died.

Completed 7/30, interview offer 8/30, interview 10/5, accepted 11/17 (or 18 since I didn't know haha)
 
This school is freaking awesome. A little disconcerting that we were told at my interview we could potentially not hear back until April :-|
 
Also, and I'm just putting this down for future applicants, but I didn't fill out any of the optional essays on the supplement so don't feel you have to if you don't have anything more to say / are just stressed out by secondary season.
 
Did anyone receive any information about their admission aside from the phone call? Don't we need to sign something to keep our spot?

Yeah we do. It's supposed to come via mail but I haven't gotten anything yet, and it won't be till Monday till mail comes again. Hopefully there isn't a 2 week deadline.

I believe it is a 4 week deadline!
 
I still haven't received my acceptance letter/package in the mail. What about everybody else who was accepted on 11/17?
 
II just now. Applied really late (Oct 12). Super psyched! For those who have already interviewed what was it like? For another school I found an interview question repository on here, but can't seem to find it for WU. Could someone help me out?

I also have a question about the admissions process, which maybe one of you can answer. I currently live in Germany and will be moving back on the 20th of January. How big of a disadvantage would it be to interview that late? what percentage of acceptances do they send out before Christmas? Does anyone know?

I got my invite early last week and they just got back to me with dates and they're all Jan 3-12th so I don't think the end of Jan will be much of a choice tbh. It's not a huge diff from the earliest available.

Is it just me or does anyone else's heart stop literally every time they get a phone call from a number they don't have saved? Here's to hoping next time it'll actually be wash u calling and not my dentist saying it's time for a checkup

I got a call from some unknown number today and it turned out to be one of those spam calls where they try to give the robot human mannerisms to make you think you're talking to a person but it's pretty easy to tell what it is. Not happy about that one.

You don't get to see a calendar anymore, at least I didn't. I got an email with a week of dates in the first week of January and I had to choose my top two.

I didn't look at Feb or March, but I don't think these mid-Jan dates are the last interview slots. (Maybe someone on here knows until when WashU interviews).

Last week was a bust, which means they must have been saving all those acceptances up for today!

I like your positive thinking lol. I actually thought that maybe all of the early acceptances from last Thursday happened to go to people I didn't know and people not on SDN, but I hope you're right insteaddd

Haha I doubt that. My guess is that many people intense enough to get early acceptances at WashU also post here
