Has anyone been able to find the FAFSA code for this school? It doesn't come up with any of the normal keywords on the FAFSA site

Honestly I might have used the one for the undergrad, because I think they’re connected.

Hopefully someone who actually knows chimes in and I can fix mine if it’s wrong.

Anyone wanna take the plunge and call to ask when we will hear back? They didn’t even give us any information at the interview aside from the current Med students telling us we’d hear back the next day

I received my WL decision almost exactly 48 hours after finishing my Interview. Late Friday afternoon. Not sure if everyone has had the same turnaround time, but just one data point from the last few weeks for you.

Was this a November interview?

Got the R back on 11/15. Pretty bummed as it was one of my IS schools and was hoping to receive some love from them.

Was that pre or post II!
Pre-II!

I wasn't complete with them until 10/30 (primary was submitted 10/15). That quick R turnaround has me wondering if they have a pretty strict uGPA cut-off. I intend to e-mail them to gain some feedback, which hopefully as an in-state school they'll be receptive to. I'd actually be happier to find out if it was due to a strict cut-off haha.

WL. During my interview I recall many students mentioning that most current students were placed on the waitlist at some point. If anyone can elaborate on this further I would appreciate it.

Was there somewhere to store coats/a bag? I’m walking and don’t want to seem unprofessional with a bag.
I’m so nervous now.
Yes there is security will take care of it.

Can confirm this, as a current Buffalo student. Waitlisted morning after interview and then accepted off waitlist in June. However have heard of quite a few classmates who were accepted off waitlist 1-3 weeks after being waitlisted. Not sure what effect it had on my application but I sent an update in March and a letter of intent in late April, so they are receptive to communication.

Current Buffalo student here. Feel free to ask me any questions on here or DM. Also willing to host any out of town guests for their interview - don't waste the money on a hotel. Good luck everyone!

did any accepted students from november interviews get the instructions to create a UB number to submit deposit

I called earlier today, Mr. Rosso said the email hadn’t been sent yet, but should be soon. If we don’t hear by Wednesday give them a call. You can still email the acceptance form to him however without paying the deposit

Does anyone still have access to MSAR that can post the interview/waitlist/acceptance breakdown for IS and OOS?

Keep in mind this just shows matriculant data, but according to a spreadsheet I saw 69/184 OOS got accepted post-interview (37.5%) and 285/433 IS got accepted post-interview (65.8%).

Do you have a link to that spreadsheet?

Found it on this thread ^

Unless my new home is going to be the Jacobs School of Medicine, I don’t want to see any more of these emails
Right?! I’m waiting for my post interview decision and I was so excited to have an email and... marketing LOL

Is this schools admission process actually random? I am an in-state applicant, fairly unique non-trad, with a slightly below average MCAT for this school's average but a much higher sGPA/cGPA... this is one of my top choices and it's killing me to not have heard anything! Also sent an update letter which was acknowledged but nothing has come of it. Any thoughts?

To whom did you send the update letter to and when did you receive the acknowledgement? Curious because I sent an update letter last week and haven't got a response yet.

Mr. Rosso! I sent it and got a response within a couple hours. I must have sent it at a good time! Maybe wait a few days as its only Monday, or courteously ask for confirmation of receipt. Good luck!
