Hey guys, has anyone received an interview after having their LinkedIn profile viewed by someone at Case's admissions office? I'm coming from the UPitt thread (was recently rejected from UPitt) and I don't know what to do with my tinfoil hat now. Thanks!

Loved it! Everyone was really nice and the interviews were very laid back and relaxed. Plus the new Health Education Campus building is ridiculously nice. Definitely recommend checking out Cleveland Clinic too if you have some extra time after your interviews, it's right next door.

+3 7/3 complete. I also didn’t follow directions on their secondary :whistle: :whistle:
 
For CCLCM, In the previous year threads people mentioned calling PI before notifying students of acceptance. Is this the PI for the research experience we talked about in the secondary? What if we did that research years ago and maybe the contact for the PI isn't necessarily correct anymore, like for instance if the PI works at a different institution? Or would they be able to kind of track down a PI by their name?
 
Rejected from the College Program today (complete date: 8/5)
Haven't heard back from the University program yet though! (maybe it's coming)
 
Again sorry to hear about all the rejections. But I want to be positive, these are through email this time and not the portal? I've been complete since 7/5 so I'm a little anxious

I've been complete around 7/18 and haven't heard anything yet either. I've been neurotically checking my email and portal. Still nothing :/
 
Did anyone apply through ed this year and get in? If case approves an applicant for applying ed does it mean that they will get in?

Haha, it's definitely overkill but I erred on the side of caution since I had to submit a little later than most people. Anyways, the secondaries became repetitive after I hit the 35 school mark.

I got an email as well! (info's in the email; not a "please go check the portal" email)

My friend and I worked in the same lab last year. She was applying that cycle and our PI got a call from Cleveland Clinic. I believe they asked my PI if she was seriously considering CCLCM/researching.
