Just got email prelim review complete. forwarded to file review
 
Does this school just have a slow/late interview season? Why does it seem like hardly anyone is getting interviews here?

not everyone who receives an II is a SDN user. and not every SDN user will report their II.
Regardless, I agree. Its quiet on this thread for II

Did the email say that you were under preliminary review or that the preliminary review was complete? I think people are trying to figure out whether the complete email is a bad sign since so far most people who received II did not receive the complete email. They only received the under preliminary review email.

So what's the timeline between when the review is done and when we here back for interviews or rejections. Also was it a review of everything besides secondaries or what? some hard-hitting questions if anyone has this info lol

Depends. It could be anywhere from tomorrow to sometime next year. The prelim review is just to make sure you meet the schools requirements but the actual review is just like a full app review

We do not know...According to their email, we will remain in this status until we are selected for interviews or the cycle closes.

has anyone had any success calling this admissions office? i was recently notified that my application was put on hold (after prelim screen) for what i believe is an erroneous reason, and i've been trying to call them all day but it goes straight to voicemail

Why do you believe it was a mistake? If you truly believe you received it by mistake then you might have better luck sending an email to the general admissions email + whoever the asst dean of admission is

I would rather not get into the specifics of my particular situation, but it was an issue regarding pre-requisite coursework. Regardless, I emailed them yesterday and they got back to me today (via phone call) - happy to report that the issue was resolved. thank you guys for the help!

Post-II I believe they do but not sure about pre-II. The faculty and staff are super nice so if you email them and they don’t respond and end up sending an update anyway, I’m sure it won’t hurt your application.
