Should we expect to hear anything on Tuesday?? Or are all the schools on winter break now?

I wouldn’t think they would have an admissions committee meeting this week to be able to send decisions out on Tuesday. But who knows!

Will II go out in Jan/Feb? Or is it safe to assume if you’ve heard nothing by now it’s over

According to MSAR their interview cycle ends Jan 15th but with covid making this cycle weird idk if that’s still true

I think there is only one more interview day left in January. I forgot how many people were in my interview group but it couldn't have been more than ~15-20. So if I had to guess, there are probably about that many IIs left.
Hmm that’s strange why there’s only 1 date left. I know some schools don’t open up all the days for everyone, so maybe there’s additional spots but they’ve been closed off? Not sure, just trying to stay optimistic.

On my interview day, there was 15 of us.

Not to be pessimistic, but I also agree that there are not many IIs left, if any. According to the website, Carver's interview season only goes until January, whereas many other schools go into March. This is likely due to the fact that Carver has a smaller applicant pool than many schools.

I agree with you guys, prob makes sense. Just kind of strange that in a covid year when everything is delayed by a lot, Carvers wouldn’t change at all. I was told they could consider applicants into January, but you guys are probs right.

According to last years thread, the last reported II was given out on January 6th with two available dates. Unless they moved faster this year, we could still be expecting IIs into the first 2 weeks of January.

Wow... full tuition scholarship just now... I guess I will withdraw from the rest of my interviews, because I don't think any school will make a better offer than Iowa. Feeling very blessed and lucky.
Congrats on the full ride! Was it based off of stats or need based? Also, are you OOS or IS?

Does anyone know/remember from previous years what Iowa’s schedule for IIs is based on in/out of state status? Are they filling for mostly out of state/in state for the next couple weeks?

I've resigned myself to the final pool at this point -- it's been 3 months post-interview, ugh. But the positivity here is keeping me going.
