I’m guessing it’s randomly assigned. My interviewers is 1 MD and 1 director. I’m just glad they provide us with who is interviewing us in advance!

Are y'all getting 2 interviewers? I got 3.

I'm also curious to know if it's just one interview with all of them, or if it's separate interviews with each.
 
Is anyone doing the Urban Medicine Program? I think I just got an interview for it but I'm not sure...

That’s in Gary. The location is a great place for urban medicine and health disparities. PM me if you want to learn more about NW. I have close ties to that area.
 
Is anyone aware if they will except a committee letter or if you have to send in the three individual letters of recommendation?
 
I haven't received an email confirming my primary was received either, supposedly transmitted last week of July.
 
Just got withdrawn after getting II rip. I did items 1-5. I got an II on a friday and thought I had sent the virtual interview conformation but was travelling and didn't send. On the following friday they said send us your virtual interview conformation by monday or we cancel your app. I sent it on that same friday, 7 days after receiving the II. They withdrew me this morning, idk why 🙁

I emailed them. I didn't know calling was a thing for this school. If they don't respond in a few days I will call. I'm hoping it was an administrative error/my virtual form went to their spam or something
 
Sorry if this is a dumb question but... Is it correct that the interview time in the portal is 15 minutes earlier than the one they sent via email? I'm assuming it's to allow us to show up at the virtual room 15m earlier? The interview time I received in my email is 15 minutes later in my regional time whereas the portal has Indiana's time zone 15 minutes earlier.
 
Also, where do I add my AMCAS ID? And did you guys add any achievements? It says not to UPLOAD them but do we still add them?

If your employer is not located in the state where you physically work, please list your actual location of employment rather than the home office of your employer. For example, if you work for a Florida company in a local hospital, PLEASE list the local address on your Graduate School application in the employment section."

Congrats on the II! The Xs are normal, those all get marked off bit by bit.
 
I still haven't received confirmation of my application. My AMCAS was verified in early July. Should I reach out?
 
II This morning! OOS, No ties. Application received notification on 8/2. Transmitted 6/25.
 
I received an interview awhile ago and turned in all the forms, but no date setup. I logged into the portal and it shows I have 0.3 biochemistry credits missing (I attended a UC and my major only takes 1 quarter of biochemistry -didn't really realize the repercussions of it until the applying cycle). Does anyone have any experience with this?

The time it takes for the fee to be marked off (as well as the other things) can really vary. Last cycle it was marked off for me the day after I paid it and this cycle it was about a week or so.

Congrats!! Just curious, what time did you get the interview invite email? It seems like IU likes to send them very early in the morning
 
Does anyone know what days they do interviews? Just trying to gauge how many they do and such 🙂

Seems like they are doing 8/25 and 9/1?

I've had everything on the interview checklist marked off for a few days, how long should it take for the actual date to be set?

Yeah I got verified on 8/4 and got the primary received email on 8/5. I am IS tho and it seems like they prioritize certain applications (IS or high stats) first so that's prob why I got downloaded so fast. Still no II tho :/ but staying positive as this cycle has only just begun!
 
this might have been addressed but is the email saying they have received it when they download your app?

Yes I believe so. They told me they read my app and then they told me quickly afterwards that they wanted to interview me
