No R yet, but they only seemed to go as far as 10/08 so far.

I know right I've only had all my apps in for little over a month and I've been slapped 4 times already

Submitted 9/17 complete e-mail 10/21. Basically the same length of time that NYMC took to mark me complete.
Complete 10/2 and silence. Someone above was complete 11/1 and got hit with Pre-II today, so I don't know if they go in order

Umm this is the biggest wave of Rs I have seen and I keep looking for mine considering I'm not a great applicant stats wise and I just got hit with my first 2Rs this past week.

I submitted secondary on 8/20 and complete 9/7, no communications since. Anyone else in similar boat just waiting to likely get denied?

Right there with you, submitted 8/15 and complete 9/5, haven't heard anything. Tbh really shocked I haven't been slapped in the face with one of their hot n ready R's yet. Is this good news?

No news is good news as others have reiterated haha. +1 for hearing nothing yet submitted 7/11 and was complete 7/18

Is anyone who already interviewed here able to say how many interviewers there are?

Anyone know if they’re done interviewing? Seems suspicious how many pre-II rejections there are!

anybody else interviewing tomorrow? my flight keeps getting delayed and im afraid it will be cancelled... do you guys think they will grant me an alternate date should my flight be cancelled?

Most schools are understanding, just reach out to them ahead of time to keep them in the loop.

Also got an II earlier today! Complete in July. Looks like they have dates as early as next week which is interesting. Anyone know if they run a student host program?
Would also like to know about this! Interviewing next week

HELLO,

I'm in a bit of a predicament. I received an II today (super excited) and I'm trying to set up my travel plans for the 11/19 interview. Does anyone know what time the interview ends?? If you are awake and you happen to see this and respond, bless you

update for those curious* I saw in last years thread that ONE person said it ended at 1 oclock. Can anyone verify?
update 2: It's full already. Disregard. I am sad.

Oh man wish I saw this earlier. Yea interview day ends at 1 although some people were leaving a little earlier (technically there’s a lunch at 12:30 but you could probably have skipped that)
It’s all good. I was assuming that since it was still being offered by time I went to select a date that it would still be open, so I don’t think you seeing it any sooner would have made a difference but thanks!

For those who have interviewed, are any of the MMI stations in the format of a condensed traditional interview?

Did anyone send thank you letters to the admissions office after their interview? Is this necessary even for MMI interviews? What are y'all writing in these letters?

I did not write thank you letters to this school, and I was accepted.

Each station had a typical MMI prompt (except the rest station) but once the interviewer and I had discussed the prompt at length and if we had some time left, the interviewers were free to ask me some of the more traditional questions or questions unrelated to the prompt.

I sent a really general one just to the office of admissions. I don't think it's necessary or even had any bearing on their decision although I was accepted. I just saw it as a nice gesture.

Current m1 here, made a new account to see if anyone had any questions about the school. Obviously will only be able to talk about ny experience so far and not too much about rotations or anything. Feel free to pm me or respond to the thread.

I moved out from california and didnt have many people to talk to about the school so thought I would offer. Good luck to everyone!

How was your experience moving and adjusting from the WC to the Midwest?

Its been aight. It gets stupid cold here lol, i had never been in below 0 weather in my life im pretty sure before I came out. But its ok, im inside most of the time anyways studying or whatever so i dont notice it much. Its been cool seeing a new place and Chicago is an amazing city with tons to do.

Most students i know from the west all say pretty much the same thing-its fun being out here, but we are going back out west for residency for sure ha

Guys, does anyone know what time the interview day ends? I want to make it to the airport on time...
