was "under review" for over a week, ii today also! secondary complete 7/24

Has anyone been put on hold and gotten off of it for a review or II?

+1 I was put on hold a while ago but I could swear my app was never put on review

I think says they only change the status once a day, so maybe they reviewed it and decided to hold same day so you never saw the "under review" text?

Is there a specific status for "under review". Mine has just said this since I've submitted a couple weeks ago:
"Your file is now complete. At this point we have received all the necessary credentials including your secondary application and your letters of recommendation in order for your application to be reviewed. While the committee works diligently to review applications in a timely manner, please be aware that in order to do a thorough review of your file it may be sometime until you hear from us again. We greatly appreciate your patience during the application process. Please feel free to update your file during this time using the GW Admissions Portal."

I've had this status for the past 3 weeks and it's stressing me out lol. It feels like my application got lost in cyberspace.

I was put on hold on 7/24 when I checked my portal at like 2pm. I checked it again at like 5pm, and it had changed to "Your file is under review." Had been that way until this morning, but then I received an II today! Not sure what happened, but from my experience, you can definitely come off the hold status!

Yes! Not sure if it was a mistake or not tbh considering I saw a change within 3 hours? It was really weird, but it was 100% a hold status that changed to under review. And I received the II by email!

They are both scheduled to be 30 mins each but can extend up to 1 hr (Webex invites were sent as 1 hr blocks to be safe) depending on the interviewers' availability and questions

nope. you're good. only 2 webex invites. You will also get a link to the interviewee portal a day or so prior to your interview where they have a bunch of slides and docs about the school etc.

I had mine! You have a student interview and a faculty interview via Webex. They ask you standard interview questions and you can ask them questions too. It was basically what I expected from a virtual interview. Both interviews were about 30 minutes long. Do you have any specific questions?

I understand. It's hard not to be nervous. Yep! I received 2 Webex invites in my email and once the first one was done, I moved to the next. I think it only lets you join the meeting 5 minutes before time. Good luck! You'll do great!

Only those two interviews. A day before, you get login information to a portal where you can view slides about finaid, student life, etc.

Well...The 10th percentile is 508.. that's not the 1st percentile... which could be lower than 508.

Yeah the MSAR definitely doesn't show you the LOWEST MCAT haha. Just the 10th %. I feel like if MSAR gave that away, all M1s would do is try to figure out who *that guy/girl* was.

I submitted like, 15 minutes ago! So we shall see.
