Low key I was wondering about that too. I really doubt they would have working hours on the 23rd. Atleast at my institution (very close to UMich), they have offices open until the 22nd so we may hear then.

According to their twitter it looks like they're closing at 4pm on Dec 23rd through 8am on Jan 3rd!

According to their tracker they have scheduled 409 interviews. Assuming MSAR follows somewhat exactly the tracker, last MSAR report had them giving 453 interviews, meaning they would be 90% of the way done.

I sent an update/LOI in early November and got an interview invite on 11/21. Not sure if it was all because of that letter but the timing makes me think it definitely helped! how did you send your update letter?

The last date for interviews on the Admissions website is the first week of February. I don’t think any IIs will be sent past January

Do they call with post - II decisions ? Only for A’s? Or not at all and just email?
I was accepted in nov -- they sent me an email with a link to a video that told me I was accepted

Hello all. I had a quick question for all of you who interviewed. I am a little confused on what the required "Michigan Monday Night Chat" entails, aka the meeting Monday night the week of the interview? How formal is it? Is it a zoom call? Sorry, just nervous and wanted to know what it was like, and how formal the dress was. Etc. Thanks
