Crap, I didn’t get it. Might as well head over to CVS to buy sunscreen.

Says the man with a UofM A and a million interviews!

This emoji bug on reposts is annoying!

@TheHelper74 if you are using the Tapatalk app for SDN posting, try deleting the app and re-installing it.

If that still doesn't help, try responding to a comment without "quoting" it.
You can address your comment to a specific SDM member by putting the @ symbol before their username, no space after the @

I haven't received anything but newsletters so far this cycle. Feelsbadman
I’m really sorry to hear that. I know how uncertain the waiting can be, and totally understand the anxiety.

I would argue that there is still plenty of reason to have hope! We just hit the halfway point in the cycle.

However, if it would help, I would be happy to talk over your app with you in DMs.

What kinds of questions should I prepare for Kira? Ethical, MMI, situational, traditional stuff like “tell me about yourself? I feel like I’m going in blind

Just had my interviews here and they were pretty relaxed imo!

does anyone know how to get into the deans greeting sessions later?

@thunderlight8 It should be in the same confirmation email you got after you scheduled your interview! Both the student session + dean session.

Quick question: when did/where did you get information about the interviewers for your interview day + times of your interviews?

Found it, thank you!

I got mine early morning (around 7am central) the day before the interview

If I have my interview on Tuesday, do I attend the deans welcome the week prior or attend it on the same day?

Very easy with practice included to get you warm. Format is Casper like but not as weird feeling.
For anyone who did the kira portion: is it basically just ethical scenarios? or not necessarily ethical but like conflict resolution and all the other casper stuff. this is my only interview and i really dont wanna mess this up.

When do we hear back after interviews?
They mentioned the first day was like mid December? I have it written down but I don’t have the date on me rn. Then there is a date each month after that when they will release decisions

Does anyone know if attending the Dean's Greeting was mandatory? I unfortunately could not attend due to an emergency.

data_gen_machine Congrats! When were you complete? Good luck with your interview!

I just logged on and saw there are no interview dates. Has anyone been able to register today, or did they fill up already?

I'm probably missing it because I'm blind but does anyone know where to find the interview day schedule? I've got my interview times sent to me but other than that and the Dean's Welcome I'm not seeing anything? Is that normal?

According to MSAR, it seems that WashU interviews more than 1/4 of their applicants? Is this still true/does anyone who has attended an interview know if they are still interviewing this percentage of applicants?

This has been the case for many years, so I imagine it is still the case this year!

WashU is famous for interviewing nearly everyone with a high MCAT score. It’s also why they have a low post-interview acceptance rate.
