honestly, its kind of refreshing to get decisions from schools early in the cycle, even if its Rs. In the past, this school was known to ghost until May

I interviewed recently. We aren't allowed to share any details about it, but it really wasn't too bad at all. Normal interview prep should do you just fine.

I have high stats but submitted my secondary on 8/3, which interestingly enough was after 2 weeks.

I would not check the box since the physician is not your supervisor (unless they're literally your boss) and you worked part-time.

I didn't think they accepted any letters. Also I would not recommend until you get placed on the waitlist.
