got an invite and i picked the Oct. 5th day instead of the two in september. Is this the first week of interviews?

What does this mean for Rosalind? Pre-interview hold obviously, but how much movement is there from whatever pool I am in? Thanks.


Your file is complete and has passed a primary screening. This means you are in the pool of applicants who may be invited to interview with CMS. However, this does not guarantee an invitation and you may be invited to interview or declined an interview at anytime during the admissions process.

CMS is interviewing from September- May, with invitations being sent out via email. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

i took it as an small pool email.. sounds positive to me 😉
 
small pooled today. made me smile a little. although i would have preferred an actual invite 😛
 
What are the odds of being interviewed once small pooled? 0? or better than 50%?

Haven't received any emails from them today, was complete in Aug.

i'll answer that by quoting myself. as far as the exact number of acceptances, im not sure, but i would guess 350-400.

First day of interview is September 29th.
 
Is the "small pool" email the one that says you've passed the primary screening of the application and are in the group of applicants who may be invited to an interview?

nm, i'm an idiot, i just answered my own question after re-reading the email. at least it's not a rejection
 
I still haven't gotten any email besides the first complete. Was complete in mid-August. Has anyone gotten an invite from them since the first batch?

Just called to ask if my app was complete. She said they are s till processing ones from August and they are supposedly processed in the order which they are received. They received my secondary 9/3. No complete e-mail yet.

Be happy about the other 12 schools! This means you are way overqualified for them and they know you won't go there. Good Luck Buddy!

Get ready for a long wait! They received mine around august 1 and I just got my complete last week.
 
I got my interview invite today. I came out of the small pooled. Good luck everyone!

I got an interview invite tonight. I am a Canadian applicant, finished the application mid-August. I'm equally excited and stressed lol. I think I will select a later-Oct date, to give myself time to prepare. Anyone know some good material to read?
