I interviewed with her.. she was very nice, but I felt like it was hard to keep her on track. We were in mid conversation when she admitted a child into the ER (which is important) but it seemed to of erased her care of what we talking about, and so we kept bouncing around topics. I left upset needless to say... I didn't feel good about the interview.

Thanks! Oh, that doesn't sound good. How long did the actual interview last?
 
Does anyone know if they will tell you where you are on the wait list? I'm guessing no...
 
Any November interviews still waiting to hear back or are they up to December now?

I'm from the west coast and now live in Missouri. It's not as cold as Chicago or Boston, so it could be worse. However, you still probably need more than a sweater. It isn't quite the cold that's the issue but the quick transition to 30° from 60° lol (trust me, after being in the 20s/30s for a while it isn't so bad). But a heavy coat is a big purchase for a single day. That said, if you don't have a jacket heavier than a windbreaker, it may be a worthy investment for the future. Or you could brave the cold with just a suit jacket and some gloves (I've done it, it's chilly but you'll survive). If it's 20/30 I'd wear a jacket but 40/50 I think you'd be okay without one. If you're short on money though invest it in some gloves instead! Idk if I quite answered your question but I hope it helps!

Hey there everyone! My first post here. I'm a South Floridian girl and have lived there all my life, so I know absolutely nothing about the cold. I've never traveled up north either. To give you an idea of my cold tolerance, 50 degrees in FL is pretty dang cold for me and makes me shiver.

I have an II SLU COM for mid February and was wondering what I should do in terms of my interview attire to adapt to the cold weather there? I always wear a pant suit, but I'm not sure what to do in this case because it'll be my first interview up north (relative to Florida). Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Chicago girl here! It's okay to wear a coat! Some people opt to get a dress coat, pea coat, trench coat, or if it's really cold, a puffy coat. But if you're traveling a long distance in the cold, don't feel bad about having to cover up. They will usually have a place for you to keep your coat and belongings.

Who'd you guys interview with? I'm starting to think certain interviewers are ahead of others (as far as presenting interviewees).
 
Lots of students wear pea coats. There will be walking outside for a few minutes

And there is an area you can put your coat in, just ask when you come to the admissions area

It is the same as the waitlist. Unsure about ranking.
 
Should I make a Facebook group for admitted students? Not sure if it's someone random who usually makes the page....

Hey there guys. For those who have interviewed, how long do the interviews last? I have a 2pm interview lot but I wanted to know how I should schedule my flight back home (I'm OOS). Thank you!
