Really bummed to be receiving either a waitlist or rejection today :/ but congrats to those who got accepted!

exactly! last year they called over two days. its not over until its over!

ahhh another of neuroticism who scoured the posts like i did :^)

and hey, i got WL the other day at another school, and ik the feeling is p discouraging esp with all the acceptances, and your friends are all probs getting in, but remember that we are all headed to the same destination. some of us are taking a boat, some of us a plane, some of us are kayaking and others are walking. we may arrive at different times, but whats important is that we all arrive there eventually 🙂 heads up bois! brave this storm with grace 🙂

I don't think so because of the way they explained the traffic rules and we signed the agreement. Even though when I did it I got an email that was like great see you at orientation!
Did you see a spot for paying the deposit? Is that a later thing? Sorry if everyone knows this already!

Sorry to hear that. If you don’t mind me asking, what are your stats?
They’re in my signature. I am also a double legacy at Tufts (dad and grandad went there). I knew they only gave me the interview because of it. My two brothers have also interviewed there (one of them twice) and they got deferred/rejected post interview as well. Not necessarily surprising for me but I did obviously have a little glimmer of hope. I just wish they wouldn’t have wasted my (and their) time by interviewing me if they had no intentions of accepting me.

That’s just not true man. Hold your head up!

Dude I totally feel that! I had same experience when I interviewed at UVM 3 years ago. It's a bunch of politics I feel like when it concerns legacies.

I'd love to hear what you think of the program and interview experience in general. Good luck!
The Maine Track interview day was great! What a wonderful group of applicants! The AdComs made you feel really comfortable, as did the current students. All the interviews were very conversational, definitely no grilling vibes. And the orientation talk at the start of the morning was full of good information about the program! Fingers crossed for an A, I would absolutely LOVE to go here!
