Same. And then that alternates with, “Maybe I wasn’t even good enough to be in the ‘look at’ pile.” LolSame here. Complete 8/10 and nada. I keep on telling myself that no news is good news lol.
It got to my address on Monday morning. I did not see that coming, but I'm not complaining!+1 When did you get the letter in the mail? I was SO surprised! I called admissions and they said the director was not able to get calls out before the letters made it to us. Still incredibly happy! Interviewed on 10/18.
I checked and it looks the same as it did before. No indication of an acceptance on it.Did either of you check the portal? Was/is that updated?
Nope! It’s eating me up!Has anyone that interviewed 10/21 heard back yet?
Nothing for meHas anyone that interviewed 10/21 heard back yet?

Interviewed 9/27. I got the acceptance call on 10/31 and received the congrats email on 11/8. Give it roughly 10 days or so. I hope that helps. For those who were accepted via phone, have you received any emails or portal updates since?
Has anyone else who is IS and was complete within the first week possible not heard anything back yet? I'm slowly losing hope.
I haven't heard anything and am definitely losing hope...Is anyone from the 10/21 interview still waiting to hear back?

Anyone else OOS and still not heard anything?
Yep. OOS with very strong ties to Madison and UW. Pre-II silence. Complete about 9/18.Anyone else OOS and still not heard anything?
Haven’t heard yet either, mind reporting back what they said?Interviewed 10/21 and still haven’t heard... thinking about calling since it’s past the 6 week mark. Has anyone else heard?
I interviewed 10/21 and just got the call about an hour ago, accepted!Yes, I will! Planning on calling tomorrow afternoon.
Congratulations!!!I interviewed 10/21 and just got the call about an hour ago, accepted!
Complete 9/10 OOS with very strong tiesAnyone else OOS and still not heard anything?
The admissions office said that they anticipate that I will hear back by the end of next week. They said that it was a little slower given the holidays and that was their best guess as far as timing! Good luck to everyone - hope this helps 🙂Haven’t heard yet either, mind reporting back what they said?

+1 OOSWaitlisted just now, interviewed 10/21. OOS zero ties to Wisconsin.
+1OOS and just received an email saying that they no longer have interview spaces left for OOS applicants. Oh well, Wisconsin would have been too cold for my Southern self anyway 😛 Good luck everyone!
+1Rejected Pre-II today OOS. On the Email, they said they have no more interview spaces for non-residents this cycle. So I guess they are done sending out II to OOS students unless that’s just a standard OOS rejection Email.
Same here! Did you indicate IS in your secondary and verify your residency on UW-Madison registrar's office website? If so, they should be able to confirm you are IS. I called yesterday after I received the OOS-R, and they verified that I am IS. The said I could disregard the R email, and I would now be considered as an IS applicant. Glad they were able to fix it so quickly, but I can't help but think I'm now at a significant disadvantage when my application was complete Aug 17th.Also got the OOS R....but I thought I was IS? I self-identified as IS on the app and am 99.99999% sure I meet the requirements laid out in the referenced statute.
Sent them an email so we'll see, but I'm prepared for the worst. This is the worst rejection yet, WI is my home state 🙁
