Hi all, does anyone know how we can go about sending thank you notes after interviews?
 
My file has been under review
Anyone know when we should hear back?
 
Current MS1 here. Yes, there has been a campus IT problem that's probably disrupted things for about a week or two. But also my application (non-ED) last year was complete well before December.

Loma Linda screens applicants from their feeder SDA schools first. They seem to have started sending interviews for MD regular applicants on 11/2. At least thats when they did for me and I was under review since July.

so you're saying this whole "beginning to review the RD pool for interview invites" starts in December is baloney? Plz tell me that's correct bc I can't wait until December

Yea to make it clear, it's baloney and regular applicants should expect that if applications are under review then there is the possibility for an II. They don't start in December and I know that cause interviews happened for me this week on 11/2. So don't lose hope. I feel the glitches they have had with IT as stated above could have been why they didn't send any sooner.

hey just had my interview but didn't catch my second interviewers email. Do you know who I would contact for that information? Thanks!

also, it was super chill and just a conversation. really enjoyed it!

Do you mind me asking if you are an early decision or regular MD applicant? Also, in regard to your interviewer's email, I'm sure you could just contact admissions (via email or phone) and ask for your interviewer's contact information.

it was open file, we mostly talked about my specific things in my app. it was super casual conversation, and alot of the questions were similar to the ones on the sdn interview feedback page about an ethical dilemma, characteristics I use in decision making, biggest weakness etc. The rest were about my EC's, family, traveling, and other things I had done. super low stress

Hey i have my interview coming up too, so. congrats to you mate. Did they give you like a timeframe after your interview for when you might hear back on a A or R? Hopefully both get A's

Thanks and congrats to you as well. I didn't get any timeframe unfortunately. On their website it says rolling admission starting in
October, but from past years it looks like regular MD decisions started sometime in December!
Hope we both get A's too
 
Are they still pretty early in the process of sending IIs for reg decision?
