I submitted an update letter too, it's not visible in the portal right? I just got an automated email saying "it WILL be added to my file" so do you think it would be a good idea to call and make sure they received it?
 
I am sure better offers await those who received R. Did you all receive the R early this morning or is it coming through out today? I have been on hold since 8/10 and hence the anxiety.

Still on hold pre-II, no R in portal/email. Previously WL'd so hopefully not a soft R.

+2 on Hold II to R. As everyone else on the thread.

But @MooDoc - I also sent an update and Letter of Interest on 10/21 and caught the L. But I never received confirmation that it was officially added to my application following the portal update. Did you? I am curious if they even say my update/love letter

Thanks for that! I interviewed in September previously and now have heard nothing which is so weird to me considering I re-took the MCAT and my score increased. Such a toss-up honestly.

Yeah I got confirmation later that day that it was added to my application.

What did you email exactly say? I received an email that just said that they’ve received it and will update my app with this info. Not sure if it’s the same email or there’s another confirmation email.

Pretty sure that’s the one. I got a similar email like that within 24 hours of uploading an update
 
I didn't realize I was on hold until randomly checking the portal today. I guess there are no-email's for hold's?

Secondary sent in 9/19, Complete (after verification) 10/1, still on hold. I'm not exactly sure what to make of the situation 🤔

The email I received automatically following my update was "We have received your message and will update your application with this information. We appreciate your continued interest in GW."

Is this their equivalent of a confirmation? I ask because when i logged in to my portal I did not see my update on there.
 
for those who have interviewed.... is there a way to check if Webex is working correctly just like you can with zoom (testing video and audio etc..) Also did you just download the cisco webex meetings app and call it a day or is there something else I have to do. Not the most tech savvy

this is the only email i received and it was automated as soon as i submitted my update on the portal. for those of you who also submitted updates, did you receive an additional email that said something different?

you just got to wait my friend. They didn't send me the interview link until the night before my interview

I actually tried calling earlier today and got voicemail....if anyone else manages to get through please update us!!

Are you sending updates pre-II, post-II, or post-interview?

Yea my interviewer was just asking questions that she had to ask and that was that LOL. I don’t think it means anything tho, I have a feeing that GW doesn’t weigh interviews as heavily as other schools do
