For anyone that’s had an interview yet, does each interview last like an hour? Or is it close to 30 mins?

My agenda didn’t give me anytime for lunch if it’s an hour :/

My faculty interview lasted about an hour cause we were just chatting but my med student one was closer to 30 mins. I think the interviewers are told to at least spend 30 mins with you.

That has nothing to do with it. They just don’t want some applicants to have an unfair advantage by knowing every single question beforehand. Especially the KIRA interview which is designed to make you think on your feet.

Do I have to schedule a KIRA interview or can I just log on whenever I want to complete it?

There should be plenty of specific instructions for KIRA in the emails they send you as well as in your portal. Check those out to be sure. I forget since I interviewed over a month ago but I don't remember having to schedule it. As long as you do it a certain number of days before your live interview.

I believe there will be a big wave tomorrow based on last year, since they seem to be sending the waves on mostly the same numerical dates as last year! 😀
