Just Called, apparently the waitlist is moving. Said they are doing the call then email notification. Wonder if people have been notified yet or what the deal is.
 
The City is "small" but I grew up here and even after 18 years of living here, whenever I came back from school to visit, I always found stuff to do and never felt like I was in a small city.
And for anyone that is going to, or thinking about going to SLU and has ANY questions about Living in St. Louis, things to do, places to go, areas to live in, I'd be more than happy to give my 2 cents. Feel free to post or PM me.
 
Accepted late yesterday! Interviewed March 9th, Waitlisted May 3rd. Don't lose hope, it's not over!

Congratulations! It's great to have real confirmation of some movement.

For the rest of us on the waitlist, there is always tomorrow (except for Fridays and Saturdays).

Yeah, this is my first one! I'm on the waitlist at two other schools, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to attend SLU!
 
Aww that was nice of your interviewer. I emailed mine and he has yet to respond to my e-mails...here is hoping to a 314 number today :xf:
 
I agree grr non school related phone calls...and boo to the holiday, that means one extra day of waiting 🙁
 
Just withdrew from SLU over the weekend after hearing back from another school. Good luck to those who are waiting!
 
Just got my acceptance this morning! I will definitely be attending in the fall. Good luck to everyone else still on the alternate list!
 
+1 for the waitlist moving. Got an acceptance via email this morning. Waitlisted around mid April I think. OOS, 3.55ish, 35mcat. Sent in a letter of interest two weeks ago so I'd say to give that a try. First one so I'm pretty excited - can finally relax for the summer. Don't give up yet!

Can you tell where did you send in your LOI by the way? Was it a PDF, or did you just put it in the body of an email? Thanks!

I sent the letter in pdf form to [email protected] and just asked them to add it to my file. There are some free word to pdf converters you can find on google. I think pdf helps avoid formatting errors and looks more professional.
 
Got my acceptance through email as well. I will look forward to seeing you guys in august.

Also got in yesterday! Email around 11am EST. Waitlisted 04/22.
