I have a third option. I submitted my app and they gave me the complete email within 10 mins. Aka I was reviewed and rejected in 10 mins. In all honesty I don’t know wtf is happening but you’re overthinking it

"Thank you for applying to the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine Medical Admissions program. Your application is complete and currently under review by our admissions committee. University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine Office of Admissions and Financial Aid." Received about 5 minutes after submitting secondary on a Sunday night at 11:05 PM...doubt it was reviewed and put in reject pile in that window! Also doubt it was "currently under review" in that 5 minute window on a sunday night as well. These things are all computer generated. No human involved I'm pretty sure! You are over-thinking. Relax!

I think a lot of us who submitted on 7/8 didn't receive a complete email, though. It may be that they just hadn't set up the automated system to send them out.
stats? IS/OOS? Lefty/Righty/Ambidextrous? Social Security number???? BENCH PRESS?????

I personally can’t wait to do a chi-square test for the distribution of those with or without IIs and with or without complete emails.
They recently changed their spice scale...so what was a 3 is now a 4...and a 5 will send you to the Presby ED
received a "complete and under review" email and got an interview. Interestingly within a few hours of each other, I was actually complete probably a month prior but didn't receive an email until then, which should tell you there is likely a glitch in the system or you get the under review email once they physically pull your application and start to read it. Either way you can't predict what each wording or action means. And trying to predict it won't change the outcome

I have not received a complete email and I have also not received an interview. There is a data point for yuh.
I just want to say bless this thread you all give me joy through these trying times. I have received complete email but I have not received an interview, my portal only says complete, no I do not have a cat allergy as I own 2, and I'm not sure how to answer the other questions I'm sorry.
